Questions of implementation of the Concept of reforming of system of the state supervision (control) in the field of environmental protection

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form as legal entities of the public law interregional territorial authorities of the State ecological inspectorate for the list according to appendix 1.

2. Liquidate as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of the State ecological inspectorate for the list according to appendix 2.

3. Determine that territorial authorities of the State ecological inspection which are liquidated continue to carry out the powers before transfer of such powers to territorial authorities which are formed according to Item 1 of this resolution.

4. In appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882) line item
