According to part two of article 111 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

2. Grant to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the right to approve:
procedure for providing with uniform, its accounting, issue, storage and write-off;
rules of wearing uniform with the corresponding signs of distinction faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection.

Determine that face of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection use uniform and signs of distinction which description and samples are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2005 No. 795 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 35, the Art. 2113), before the termination of terms of its carrying.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
