About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 and of June 17, 2015 No. 409

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 "About State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 8, Art. 191; 2016, No. 73, the Art. 2454) and of June 17, 2015 No. 409 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the regional and local commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 50, the Art. 1609) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 and of June 17, 2015 No. 409

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18:

1) in the Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the specified resolution:

to exclude the subitem 3 of Item 3;

the first offer of Item 9 after the words "three months" to add with the words "according to the work plan of State commission which affirms its chairman";

Appendix to the resolution to add 2) with the following line item:

"The president of Society of the Red Cross of Ukraine (under approval)".

2. In the Standard regulations on the regional and local commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 409:
