About some questions of implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors

According to Items 7, of 11, 12 Approval procedures on use of the objects and rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors which is approved, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which regulate activities of National police of Ukraine, ORDER:

1. Approve such which are applied:

1) the Act of inspection of the objects or rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), use and destruction of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors;

2) the Act of inspection of the objects or rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with cultivation of the plants included in the table I of the List of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors;

3) the Magazine of registration of acts of inspections of the objects and rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors;

4) the Magazine of registration of statements for receipt of permission to use of the objects or rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.
