About the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech"

In compliance subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, Item 5 of Article 17, part two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018 "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 150-Z

1. Transform the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech" in connection with change of its borders, the mode of protection and use.

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech";

Regulations on the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech".

3. Transfer the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech" to the control of Gluboksky and Dokshitsky district executive committees.

4. To perform financing of functioning and protection of the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech", and also the actions connected with its transformation at the expense of means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

5. In six-months time to provide to Gluboksky and Dokshitsky district executive committees:

5.1. registration in accordance with the established procedure the transformed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus – the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech";

5.2. installation of special information signs on borders of the republican hydrological wildlife area "Servech" and acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.
