About measures for enhancement of metrological control of the laboratory and diagnostic equipment used in medicine
For the purpose of increase in efficiency and safety of rendering medical services to the population on the basis of improvement of quality of laboratory and functional researches, development of metrological support, enhancement of system of maintenance and testing of the medical equipment operated in the medical Cabinet of Ministers organizations decides:
1. Approve:
The actions plan - "Road map" on development of metrological service in the field of health care for 2018-2019 according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for carrying out metrological control of medical equipment with measuring functions according to appendix No. 2;
Regulations on procedure for carrying out periodic testing of medical equipment according to appendix No. 3.
2. Determine that:
all medical equipment with measuring functions operated in the medical organizations is subject to metrological control;
quality and competence of medical laboratories are subject to accreditation in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Determine Public institution "Uzbek national institute of metrology" of the Uzbek technical regulation agency and its territorial branches by authorized bodies by carrying out metrological control of medical equipment with measuring functions.
4. Assign to the Uzbek technical regulation agency:
maintaining the register of the medical equipment with measuring functions which is subject to metrological control;
the organization based on Research institution of standardization, certification and technical regulation of rates of preparation and retraining of qualified specialists in specialization "Metrological control and periodic testing of medical equipment" with involvement of the leading foreign experts and experts.
