About approval of the Regulations on the National anti-doping agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 3, 2018 "About measures for the organization of activities of the National anti-doping agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3457:

1. Approve Regulations on the National anti-doping agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 15, 2013 No. 226 "About the organization of activities of the Republican scientific and practical center of sports medicine under National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 8, the Art. 56) according to appendix No. 2.

3. Take into consideration that services in provision to the National anti-doping agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of rooms for its placement on the right of free use, with cost recovery of utilities and operating expenses in the amount of, pro rata to the occupied space, or in the amount of the consumed services are not considered as business activity of National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan and, without being the income, are not subject to the taxation.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan K. V. Akmalov.
