About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 23, 2013 No. 413

Bring in the Regulations on procedure for training of heads and employees of the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs, organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and the population in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature and civil defense, and also citizens who complete special forming of bodies and divisions for emergency situations on mobilization, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 23, 2013 No. 413 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.05.2013, 5/37316), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 5:
in subitem 5.1:
in the paragraph the second words "the organizations of formation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations implementing" shall be replaced with words "public institution of education "University of civil protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" (further – University of civil protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus), implementing";
third after the word to "situations" to add the paragraph with words "(further – the Ministry of Emergency Situations)";
state subitem 5.2 in the following edition:
"5.2. employees of the bodies and the organizations which are not part of governing bodies and forces of GSChS and GO:
on the doctrines and trainings held on place of employment (service) and in the corresponding administrative and territorial units;
