About approval of Rules of establishment of sanitary protection zones and uses of the parcels of land located in borders of sanitary protection zones

According to Item 2 of article 12 of the Federal law "About Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment of sanitary protection zones and use of the parcels of land located in borders of sanitary protection zones.

2. Owners of the capital construction projects put into operation about day of entry into force of this resolution concerning whom sanitary protection zones are subject to establishment shall conduct researches (measurements) of atmospheric air, levels of physical and (or) biological impact on atmospheric air behind contour of object and to provide to Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (its territorial authorities) the statement for establishment of the sanitary protection zone with appendix to it of documents, the stipulated in Item 14 Rules approved by this resolution, in time no more than one year from the date of entry into force of this resolution. At the same time reduction of type of the permitted use of the parcels of land and the capital construction projects located on them in compliance with the mode of use of the parcels of land provided by the decision on establishment of the sanitary protection zone is allowed within 2 years from the moment of its establishment.
