About protection of communication lines and radiofication in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring safety cable, radio relay and aerial communication lines and radiofication the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of protection of communication lines and radiofication.

2. To the ministries, administrative departments, business entities irrespective of patterns of ownership all works within conservation zones of message according to the Rules approved by this Resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Rules of protection of communication lines and radiofication

1. These rules are established for ensuring safety and possibility of elimination of damages cable, radio relay and aerial communication lines and lines of radiofication as damage of these lines breaks normal work of communication and causes damage to economy and defense of the country.

2. On cable routes, aerial communication lines and radiofication:

a) conservation zones are established:

for underground cable and aerial communication lines and радиофикациив the land area type along these lines determined by the parallel straight lines remote from the route of underground cable or from extreme wires of air-lines at distance of 2 m from each party;
