1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The subitem "d" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution is applied when calculating penalty for the purchase and sale agreement (delivery) of capacity signed by results of competitive selection of capacity since settlement period in which this resolution becomes effective.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
