In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 15, 2017 the No. UP-5286 "About Additional Measures for Stimulation of Export and Providing Competitiveness of Domestic Goods in the Foreign Markets" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov and the Foreign Trade Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zh. A. Hodzhayev.
