At the same time reliability and service quality of communication, informatization and telecommunications are of particular importance which violations can lead to serious effects.
For the purpose of ensuring stable work and reliable functioning of networks of telecommunications, improvement of quality of the provided services according to the established standards and standard rates, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring consumer protection:
1. Approve and enact since June 1, 2018 Regulations on procedure for charge of financial sanctions (penalties) for violation of requirements of the legislation and other regulating documents, state standards and quality of the provided services in the field of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in a month together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to approve Regulations on procedure of payments and applications of financial sanctions (penalties) for violation of requirements of the legislation and other regulating documents, state standards and quality of the provided services in the field of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies;
in two-month time together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics to review and bring into accord with requirements of the legislation of form of departmental statistical observations in the field of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies;
