For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of export licensing in the USA of some products from flat-rolled cut carbonaceous products origin from Ukraine, according to the arrangement between the Government of Ukraine and Department of Trade and Commerce of July 16, 1998 reached during consultations which were held according to the article X of the Agreement on suspension of anti-dumping investigation concerning import of some products from flat-rolled cut carbonaceous products from Ukraine and in execution of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 1999
I ORDER:
1. Implement accounting of use of the export quota in the USA of some products from flat-rolled cut carbonaceous products origin from Ukraine based on the export certificate and export certificates.
2. Make changes to Istruktion about procedure for filling of the export license of separate categories of products with origin from Ukraine which falls under operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2000 No. 4, of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of 17.04.2000 No. 49, having stated appendix 4 in edition which is applied.
3. Approve the Procedure for registration and issue of export certificates for export to the USA of some products from flat-rolled cut carbonaceous products by origin from Ukraine which is applied.
