1. Approve such which are applied:
The standard instruction for documentation of management information electronically and the organizations of work with electronic documents in clerical work, electronic interdepartmental exchange;
The standard instruction on clerical work in the ministries, others central and local executive bodies;
Regulations of the organization of interaction of executive bodies electronically.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To the Ministry of Justice together with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time to submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on approval of the Regulations on monitoring and control, Standard regulations on service of monitoring and control.
5. To the state agency concerning electronic control in coordination with the Ministry of Justice in three-months time to approve requirements to formats of data of electronic document management in public authorities and to format of the electronic message.
6. To the ministries, another central and to local executive bodies in three-months time to bring own regulatory legal acts, in particular about approval of instructions on clerical work for the companies belonging to the sphere of their management into compliance with this resolution.
7. Recommend to local government bodies to bring into accord with this resolution own instructions on clerical work.
