About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 5 of item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective along with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 355 "About approval of the Technical regulation of the radio equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 45, of the Art. 1396).

Item 4 of the Regulations on the State architectural and construction inspection of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 9, 2014 No. 294 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 61, Art. 1688; 2017, No. 49, the Art. 1529) to add with subitem 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1) exercises the state market supervision within the sphere of the responsibility;".
2. Item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1025 "About approval of the Technical regulation of simple vessels of high pressure" (2017, No. 4, the Art. 130) to exclude the Official Bulletin of Ukraine.
