According to subitems 13), 13-1), 13-2) and 14) of article 24 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code), Item 6-1 of article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of data on availability of bank accounts and their numbers, of remaining balance of money on these accounts according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of data on movement of money on bank accounts according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) is not valid from January 1, 2026

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix 4 to this order.

3. (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
