Based on Item 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2004 "About technical regulation and standardization" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for creation and activities of technical committees on standardization in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
