1. In the Order of the Government No. 1361 of December 22, 2005. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for investigation of labor accidents" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 9-12, 51), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

In all text of the word "competent authorities in the field of labor safety" in any case shall be replaced with words 1) State Labour Inspection in the corresponding case;

2) in the Provision:

a) state Items 9 and 14 in the following edition:

"9.
