About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1408 of December 10, 2008

In the Order of the Government No. 1408 of December 10, 2008. "About approval of some veterinary sanitary standards", with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendices of the word "the general entering veterinary and sanitary document", in any case shall be replaced with words "veterinary sanitary certificate" in the corresponding case, and to replace abbreviation of "OVVSD" with abbreviation of "VSS";

2) in the resolution:

"Based on the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities, the Law No. 113 of May 18, 2012 on establishment of the general principles and instructions of the legislation on safety of foodstuff, the Law No. 50 of March 28, 2013 on official control for the purpose of check of compliance to the fodder and food legislation and the rules concerning health and wellbeing of animals";

add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content at the end: "Regulations about the consolidated official control which is carried out when importing some fodder products for animals and products of not animal origin according to appendix No. 5;

Item 7 of appendix No. 2 to add 3) with the following text at the end
