DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About the Order of registration, suspensions, renewals and cancellation of declarations of conformity of products to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of realization of provisions of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union) and according to article 18 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the enclosed Order of registration, suspensions, renewals and cancellation of declarations of conformity of products to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Determine that the declarations of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) registered to the introduction of this Decision in force are valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. Declare invalid the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 9, 2013 №76 "About approval of the Regulations on registration of declarations of conformity of products to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union".

4. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2018.
