About classification of centralizers according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to paragraph 1 of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The tough and spring centralizers made of ferrous metals, which are the basic centering elements of upsetting column applied in case of fixture of oil and gas wells to decrease in friction forces during descent of upsetting column, centering of upsetting column in case of cementation of trunk of well according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item of the 7326th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of tough and spring centralizers are given in appendix).

2. The boring centralizers which are the basic centering devices used when drilling oil and gas wells to centering of the lower part of boring column and the bottomhole engine, stabilization or change of the direction of trunk of well, established on the case of the bottomhole engine or on the weighted boring pipes, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified in subline item of 8431 43 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of boring centralizers are given in appendix).

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
