About measures for further streamlining of the international motor transportations
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2017 No. PP-3422 "About measures for enhancement of transport infrastructure and diversification of the foreign trade routes of transportation of goods for 2018 - 2022" and for the purpose of implementation of the obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan following from international treaties in the field of the international motor transportations the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that:
the international motor transportations are performed according to the international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing including conditions of implementation of such transportations on the basis of permissions;
annually between competent authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign states exchange of forms of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportations on the terms of reciprocity is made.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 22.02.2021 No. 87
3. To the Uzbek agency of road transport:
in two-month time to approve conditions of distribution of foreign/multilateral permissions to the international motor transportations in case of the quota of exchange which is not satisfying requirement of national carriers, and blank forms of the Uzbek permissions;
provide extended coverage of the purposes, content and the practical importance of this resolution among national haulers.
4. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
