1. Approve the actions plan on agreement performance about association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, which is applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations with the assistance of other subjects, actionees of the actions plan approved by this resolution to provide its accomplishment within the corresponding budget settings, and also due to the international technical assistance and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
