1. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 983 of December 22, 2012. "About procedure for functioning of the state higher educational institutions in the conditions of financial autonomy" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 270-272, 1057), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also in Item 21 of appendix No. 1 the text "5 financial years (2013-2017" to replace with the text "6 financial years (2013-2018)".
2. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches together with the Ministry of Finance to develop and submit to the Government for approval financing methodology based on expenses on one student within 6 months from the effective date of this resolution.
