1. Approve:

1) Rules of confirmation of availability of the bases for provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the decision on provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the decision on refusal in provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2015 No. 398 "About approval of the List of the documents necessary for decision making about provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of customs duties" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11918, it is published on September 9, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
