About modification of Item 3 of the Procedure for determination of additional amounts of hydrocarbonic raw material

Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure for determination of additional amounts of the hydrocarbonic raw material approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2013 No. 838 "Some questions of accomplishment of the existing and new investment projects (programs, agreements) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 91, Art. 3346; 2015, No. 33, the Art. 968), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of continuation of implementation of the existing investment projects additional amounts of the got hydrocarbonic raw material are calculated as difference between the actual amounts of production of hydrocarbonic raw material and scope baselines of the last year for the respective subsoil plots (fields, deposits) and/or objects of subsoil plots which were established according to the legislation relevant organ of the executive authority for such subsoil plots (fields, deposits) and/or objects of subsoil plots at the time of the beginning of implementation of such investment projects.".
