In pursuance of Item 252.21 of article 252 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve enclosed:

Procedure for selection and approval of new investment projects (programs, agreements) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material;

Procedure for determination of additional amounts of hydrocarbonic raw material;

Procedure of control over the implementation of investment projects (programs) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material.

Procedure for selection and approval of new investment projects (programs, agreements) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of selection and approval of new investment projects (programs, agreements) which provide building-up of production of hydrocarbonic raw material on subsoil plots (fields, deposits) which are characterized by the worsened mining-and-geological conditions (hardly got) or exhaustion in the course of development in previous periods, on the separate operating wells after capital repairs, wells which are recovered from among the liquidated, new wells or groups of the wells located on such subsoil plots.
