Determine that wholesale and retail sale of oil and gas products at gas stations and bases of oil and gas products is allowed only on condition of providing the gas stations and bases of oil and gas products with the equipment (columns) conforming to requirements of state standards in the presence of electronic system of accounting of transactions of leave of oil and gas products in shape "online" (and "offline" in the zones which do not have Internet access) according to the program developed by the elected subject in coordination with the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - authorized state body).
3. To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with involvement of associations, unions and subjects of the managing activities to determine the list of the equipment conforming to requirements of state standards.
