45) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"45) the standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Creation or Acquisition of Insurance Affiliated Company (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding, Considerable Participation of the Insurance (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding in the Capital of the Organizations" according to appendix 45 to this resolution;";

to state the standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Creation or Acquisition of Insurance Affiliated Company (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding" approved according to appendix 45 to the specified resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To management of organizational work and control (Itimgenov A. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) of this Item and Item 3 of this resolution.

3. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. L.) provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Galiyeva D. T.

5. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Creation or Acquisition of Insurance Affiliated Company (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding, Considerable Participation of the Insurance (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding in the Capital of the Organizations"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Permission to Creation or Acquisition of Insurance Affiliated Company (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding, Considerable Participation of the Insurance (Reinsurance) Organization and (or) Insurance Holding in the Capital of the Organizations" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The state service appears National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) to legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

Reception of applications and the direction of results of rendering the state service is performed through:

1) office of the service provider;

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider, and also in case of the address on the portal - within 3 (three) months;

2) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

The service provider within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of factual determination of incompleteness of the submitted documents the service provider within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of documents of uslugopoluchatel gives written motivated refusal in further review of the statement.

5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated) and paper.
