2. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take adequate measures on implementation of the National concept of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction for 2018-2025.

3. To the ministries and departments:

- for ensuring execution of the measures provided in the actions plan of the National concept of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction for 2018-2025 to constitute and approve interdepartmental plans;

- provide information on accomplishment of the actions plan of the National concept of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction for 2018-2025 following the results of every year in authorized body in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction.

4. To authorized body in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction each two years to carry out complex monitoring of general condition of execution of the National concept of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction for 2018-2025.

5. To assign control of implementation of the National concept of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction for 2018-2025 to management of defense and law and order of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
