1. Approve the enclosed Rules, term and form of provision of data on the amounts of the budget subsidies received by procurement organizations on tax amounts on value added.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 291 "About approval of Rules of provision of data by authorized body of development of agro-industrial complex in the amounts of the received subsidies at the expense of budgetary funds of tax amount for value added by procurement organization in the field of agro-industrial complex" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11518, published on September 22, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
