According to subitems 16) and 16-1) Articles 24, Item 10 of Article 26, Item 1 of article 28 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code), subitem 1-3) of item 4 of article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and subitem 11-1) of Item 1 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About collection activities" ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of the data represented by the collection agencies, banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities under the agreements containing conditions of transition of the right (requirement) according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the data represented by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the regulation and development of the financial market in amount of the acquired and collected loans containing conditions of transition of the right (requirement) according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the data represented by the collection agencies, banks of the second level and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities on the taxpayers exercising the creditor's rights concerning the right (requirement) for the agreement of bank loan yielded to him within the trust management agreement signed with the collection agency according to appendix 3 to this order.
