About modification of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

Bring in the Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 118 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, the Art. 623), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

1. Add Item 8 with subitem 14-1 of the following content:

"14-1) documents which according to item 4 of part twelve of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" confirm that the foreigner or the stateless person is founder and/or the participant, and/or the beneficial owner (controller) of the legal entity, data on whom are entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and also that the size of share of the foreigner or stateless person or foreign legal entity, the beneficiary (controller) of which he is, in the authorized capital of the legal entity of Ukraine constitute at least 100 thousand euros on the official exchange rate established by National Bank for date of introduction of foreign investment.

The documents issued by competent authorities of foreign state shall be legalized if other is not provided by the law or the international treaty of Ukraine, and are provided together with the translation into Ukrainian certified in accordance with the established procedure, and in case of lack of such opportunity - into English;".
