According to part one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory which are applied.

2. In the subitem 8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 360 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, the Art. 1923), words "invitations to foreigners and stateless persons on receipt of a visa for entry into Ukraine," to exclude.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.
