Determine that since April 1, 2018 legal entities and physical persons for receipt of the state services in registration of the citizen in funded pension system address only to the Centers of the state services or through the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - EPIGU).
3. To provide JSB People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - People's Bank):
in ten-day time development and approval in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of standard forms, forms of the documents and other acts necessary for rendering the state services;
together with the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications and the Agency of the state services under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan till April 1, 2018 connection of the divisions rendering the state services to EPIGU;
