Approve the enclosed Rules of provision to the banks of the second level and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities, information on taxpayers, including the physical persons staying on the registration registry as the individual entrepreneur or person who is engaged in private practice.

Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2015 No. 666 "About approval of Rules of provision to the banks and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities, information on taxpayers, including the physical persons staying on the registration registry as the individual entrepreneur, the private notary, the private legal executive, the lawyer, professional mediator" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 12718, published on January 19, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
