1. This Provision determines procedure for issue to automobile carriers of permission to accomplishment of the international motor transportations of passengers in the regular message (further – permission).
2. The questions connected with issue of permissions to automobile carriers are considered at meetings of the permanent commission of public institution "Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (further – Transport inspection) with execution of protocols of meetings.
The structure and procedure for activities of this commission are determined by Transport inspection.
The decision on issue (refusal in issue) to automobile carrier of permission made by results of meeting of the permanent commission of Transport inspection is drawn up by the order of Transport inspection.
