Make the following changes to the "Procedure of the state control in the field of horse breeding" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 29, 2008 No. 121 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 5, Article 444; 2014, No. 2, Article 201, No. 7, Article 942; 2015, No. 2, Article 230):
1. exclude from Item 2.1 of the word "within the powers".
2. in Item 2.5 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic".
3. after Item 2.5 to add with "Note" of the following content:
"Note. Changes are made to this Procedure according to the Item 2.6-1 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation and Adoption of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies", No. 772 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002.".
