About approval of the Procedure of the state control in the field of horse breeding

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.6 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 22, 2007 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About horse breeding" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 580:

1. Approve the Procedure of the state control in the field of horse breeding it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Procedure of the state control in the field of horse breeding

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared for the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.6 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 22, 2007 No. 580 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About horse breeding" and regulates implementation of the state control in the field of horse breeding.

2. State control

2.1. The state control in the field of horse breeding is exercised by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Agency of food safety (regarding observance of veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) rules).

2.2. The representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture exercising the state control in the field of horse breeding have the following powers:
