About approval of Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in acceptance of children in public pre-school educational institutiones
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2017 No. UP-5278 "About Measures for Radical Reforming of National System of Rendering the State Services to the Population" and for the purpose of further enhancement of system of rendering the state services in acceptance of children in the public pre-school educational institutiones Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve and enact since April 1, 2018 Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in acceptance of children in public pre-school educational institutiones according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that since April 1, 2018 physical persons for receipt of the state services in acceptance of children address to public pre-school educational institutiones only through the Centers of the state services or the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - EPIGU).
3. To provide to the ministry of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in ten-day time development and approval in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of standard forms, forms of the documents and other acts necessary for rendering the state services;
in week time enhancement of official websites of district (city) departments of preschool education, placement in them of information on public pre-school educational institutiones;
together with the Agency of the state services under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan the organization and carrying out during 2018 at least once in quarter of educational seminars with participation of employees of the Centers of the state services, district (city) departments of preschool education, the public pre-school educational institutiones directed to increase in level of efficiency and effectiveness of practical application of the administrative regulations approved by this resolution.
