1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for application of privilege on the income tax of legal entities commercial banks depending on share of long-term investment financing in structure of credit portfolio approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance, Board of the Central bank and State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 14, 2015 No. No. 79, 336-B, 2015-29 (рег. No. 2716 of September 29, 2015) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 39, the Art. 513), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
