About approval of rates of the customs fees levied by bodies of state revenues

(as amended on 28-08-2023)

According to Item 2 of article 76 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of the customs fees levied by bodies of state revenues.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2011 No. 24 "About approval of rates of the customs fees levied by customs authorities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 14, the Art. 171);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 13, 2017 No. 56 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2011 No. 24 "About approval of rates of the customs fees levied by customs authorities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, No. 5, the Art. 34).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
