1. Approve Regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market it (is applied).

2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2017 No. 1053 "About realization of tasks of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2018" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2018, 5/44668) following amendments:

2.1. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine the list of the territories with intense situation in the labor market in 2018 according to appendix.";

"6-1. To regional executive committees:
