About introduction of amendments to the order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of October 22, 2008 No. 541

According to the subitem 17 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, to Item 8 of the Procedure for development and the approval of standard rates of maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2001 No. 1780, and Item 32 of the Actions plan on accomplishment of obligations within the Constitutive treaty of the Energy Community approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2011 No. 733, I order:

1. Make changes technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants heatpower installations which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 No. 541, registered on November 17, 2008 for No. 1110/15801, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of ecological safety and allowing licensed activity (Lukyanchuk S. I.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Vakarash V. N.
