According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of atmospheric air" and Item 2 of the Procedure for development and the approval of standard rates of maximum-permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2001 No. 1780 "About approval of the Procedure for development and approval of standard rates of maximum-permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources" I ORDER:

1. Approve technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from heatpower plants which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW who are applied.

2. Determine that the current technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from heatpower plants which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW are applied after carrying out capital repairs of the heatpower plant, but not earlier than entry into force of this order.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state environmental monitoring (Ovchinnikov N. B.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Bevz V. O.
