About Rules of determination of objects of construction in progress and their introduction in civil circulation

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 02.03.2023 No. 85)

According to article 12 of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Rules of determination of objects of construction in progress and their introduction in civil circulation (are applied).

2. To committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for implementation of these rules.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 31, 2012, No. 284 "About approval of Rules of determination of objects of construction in progress (apartment houses and auxiliary objects) which can be involved in civil circulation".
