1.1. Entry into the Kyrgyz Republic, stay on its territories and departure from the Kyrgyz Republic (*) is allowed to foreign citizens and stateless persons according to the valid foreign passports or documents replacing them, issued by competent authorities of the country of nationality or the country of permanent residence and proving their identity in the presence of visas of the Kyrgyz Republic if other procedure is not established by agreements of the Kyrgyz Republic with foreign states.
