Rules of the organization and carrying out technological tenders for the purpose of realization of the National technological initiative;

Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget for the organization and carrying out technological tenders for the purpose of realization of the National technological initiative.

2. Agree with the offer of Russian Venture Capital Company joint-stock company on investment of the specified society with functions of the operator of technological tenders for the purpose of realization of the National technological initiative and implementation of organizational and technical and information support of carrying out technological tenders by it, including the organization of testing, examination of requests of participants, promoting of technological tenders, operating expenses, creation of competitive and test infrastructure, forming of prize fund for rewarding of winners and prize-winners of technological tenders.

3. To render the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation assistance in lighting in the state media of carrying out technological tenders for the purpose of realization of the National technological initiative.
