1. Approve enclosed:

- samples of forms:

the registration card of the refugee used in case of emergency situations;

the registration card of the internally displaced person used in case of emergency situations;

- the description of forms of registration card of the refugee and the registration card of the internally displaced person used in case of emergency situations.

2. Financing of expenses on production of forms of registration cards is performed by the agencies of the United Nations in the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Main coordinating committee formed by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 13, 2001 No. 72-r.
